Oaklawn Hospice hosts virtual memorial service

MARSHALL – Oaklawn’s hospice team hosted their memorial service virtually, remembering those served in 2020 thru February 2022. Reverend William Cole, Oaklawn Hospice’s Spiritual Care Coordinator, began the service with an invocation. Speakers throughout the service included; Lisa Morgensai, bereavement coordinator; Adrienne Solis-Sherman, hospice director; Reverend Brandon Crawford, We Honor Veterans coordinator; Connie Clifton, hospice nurse; Danielle Woodcock, volunteer coordinator; and Erin Wilson, social worker.

Viewers are encouraged to light a candle in memory of their loved ones. During the service, five candles are lit representing grief, courage, memories, love, and hope. Music is performed by Alvin Lautzenheiser, Rev. William Cole, and Maddie Cole and the service is concluded with a benediction by Rev. William Cole.
