Preparing for your first appointment:
We are excited to have you as a patient in our practice! For our new patient visits, please plan on about 2 hours of time for your visit. This will give us plenty of time to obtain your insurance information, medical history, perform any testing that is necessary and develop a treatment plan.
If you are anticipating having any allergy testing done during your visit, please do not take any antihistamines for 3-5 days before your visit. This includes (but is not limited to) medications such as diphenhydramine (Benadryl), loratadine (Claritin), cetirizine (Zyrtec), fexofenadine (Allegra), and hydroxyzine (Atarax). Many OTC cold medications also contain antihistamines. If you are unsure whether a medication is ok to take, please contact our office. Please note, asthma, blood pressure, and other daily medications should still be taken.
While our office accepts many insurance plans, we recommend calling ahead of time to confirm that we are a participating provider. For additional information or to schedule an appointment, call (269) 789-8291.
