Sponsorship Requests

The application window for Fiscal Year 2026 (April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026) sponsorship requests is now open! Applicants will be notified by the end of April 2025 with any decisions that have been made.

Oaklawn is committed to providing personal, accessible, and high-quality care to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Oaklawn believes in supporting our surrounding communities and is happy to consider making contributions to local organizations, especially those who share a similar mission. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we have created an online proposal and submission system.
