  • Cardio Drumming: Cardiovascular exercise that will challenge even the most fit. A full-body exercise that combines light resistance, cardio and drumming. **
  • Cardio Plus: Emphasis on cardiovascular fitness along with some strength and plyometric work. Burn a ton of calories using a variety of creative exercises.***
  • Circuit: A great fat burning class that will combine cardio and strength training and give you the ultimate workout.**
  • CircDeSpin: Combination of circuit training and spinning.**
  • Jungle Gym Circuit: Challenge yourself with our brand new equipment. This fast-paced circuit, high intensity functional training class will take you to the next level of fitness.**
  • Pound: Exhilarating full body workout using RipStix (lightly weighted drum sticks). Combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. **
  • Body Burn: Quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This training will elevate and keep your heart rate up. ***
  • Muscle Toning: A great burning class that will combine strength training, and give you the ultimate cardiovascular workout. This class is high impact and intense!! **
  • Spin Class: Burn some serious calories and get an awesome aerobic workout. Motivating music plays as your instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.**
  • Yoga: All levels welcomed!! Concentration on flexibility and range of motion through Yoga movements and positions.*
  • Yogalates: Full body toning class. Incorporating multiple styles. Including pilates, yoga, and strength training.**
  • Zumba: This dance fitness program incorporates Latin and international rhythms to make class feel more like a party than a workout. The workout consists of roughly 70% cardio movements and 30% fitness exercise to help sculpt your entire body.**
