Fitness Class Descriptions

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Aquagility: Varied movements using a wide range of equipment. Strengthening and stretching for all ages and fitness levels. ***
  • Hi tide-H2O: Aquatic exercise to challenge all levels. Work at your own intensity level using impact, power, and buoyancy. The last 15 minutes of class includes “core conditioning,” stretching and breathing to leave you feeling energized and relaxed. ***
  • H2O SplashNStretch: This Class is designed to help improve the joint movement for people who suffer from nagging pains and aches. You will work on improving range of motion & flexibility while working in the comfort of the water. *
  • Hydro Fit: This class brings excitement to the pool with the instructors’ knowledge of movements and understanding of cardiovascular benefits, you will get worked out in this one. **
  • Lap Swim: 3 lanes for people to swim laps.
  • Lap / Open Swim: 2 lane lines for lap swimming and other half for recreational use.
  • Family Swim: Pool is open for individual exercise and recreational use.
  • This dance fitness program incorporates Latin and international rhythms to make class feel more like a party than a workout. The workout consists of roughly 70% cardio movements and 30% fitness exercise to help sculpt your entire body.**
