Oaklawn Selects Kyruus Health to Enhance Patient Access and Trust
MARSHALL, MICHIGAN – April 21, 2025 – Oaklawn is advancing patient access with the launch of Kyruus Health, the leading care access platform. The project is aimed at transforming the way patients find and book appointments, while improving patient trust and satisfaction by providing a seamless and user-friendly online experience.
Oaklawn, a leading healthcare provider in southwest Michigan, has been serving the community for over 100 years and is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. In recent years, the hospital has recognized the need to modernize its patient access processes to meet the evolving needs and expectations of today’s healthcare consumers.
Oaklawn previously experienced challenges with a patient access solution, leading to difficulties in appointment scheduling, patient frustration and increased administrative burden. Addressing these pain points was a primary driver for the partnership with Kyruus Health.
