Even a small gift for a recovering patient can bring healing. Patients and visitors to Oaklawn will find that touch of extra care at its Gift Shop, inside the hospital’s main entrance. The Oaklawn Auxiliary has a reliable team of volunteers who staff and manage the shop. The volunteers also organize the annual Holiday Bazaar and special sales. Buyers from the auxiliary attend annual merchandise fairs in Lansing and Chicago to choose items for sale. You can find everything from greeting cards, baby items, stuffed animals, toys, books, jewelry, and more.
