Motherhood was never meant to be navigated alone. Join us for WINGS (Women and Infants, Nurturing, Guiding, and Supporting), a welcoming postpartum support group designed to help mothers connect, learn, and thrive during the first year after birth.
Whether you’re adjusting to life with a newborn, looking for support from other moms, or seeking trusted postpartum resources, WINGS offers a safe and supportive space where you can share experiences, ask questions, and build community.

This group is open to all mothers with babies under 1 year old. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you’ll find encouragement, understanding, and support from others who are experiencing the joys and challenges of the postpartum journey.
