Cardio 60:  One full hour of nothing but cardiovascular exercise that will challenge even the most fit. This class incorporates all modes of heart pumping exercises.***

Cardio 90: 1.5 hours of nothing but cardiovascular exercise that will challenge even the most fit.  This class incorporates all modes of heart pumping exercises. ***

Cardio Plus:  Emphasis on cardiovascular fitness along with some strength and plyometric work. Burn a ton of calories using a variety of creative exercises.***

Circuit:  A great fat burning class that will combine cardio and strength training and give you the ultimate workout.**

Jungle Gym Circuit:  Challenge yourself with our brand new equipment. This fast-paced circuit, high intensity functional training class will take you to the next level of fitness.**

Muscle Toning: a great burning class that will combine strength training, and give you the ultimate cardiovascular workout. This class is high impact and intense!!***

Cardio Strength Interval:  An intense workout mixing bursts of cardio with strength training.**

Pilates:  Focusing on core strengthening, improving flexibility, balance and coordination.**

Spin Class:  Burn some serious calories and get an awesome aerobic workout. Motivating music plays as your instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.**

Strength, Balance, Sweat Outdoors – Pilates strengthening moves followed by balanced poses all cardio based for a fun outdoors workout. **

Yoga:  All levels welcomed!! Concentration on flexibility and range of motion through Yoga movements and positions.*

Yogalates:  A good beginning introduction to Yoga and Pilates blended with a strength training component.*

Zumba:  This dance fitness program incorporates Latin and international rhythms to make class feel more like a party than a workout. The workout consists of roughly 70% cardio movements and 30% fitness exercise to help sculpt your entire body.**
