The Oaklawn Hospitality Classic is going to be colorful this year! This race has been reimagined into the Color Classic 5K and Fun Run! Runners and walkers will be doused in colored powder throughout the route. This event is an example of Oaklawn’s dedication to keeping the community healthy by encouraging individuals and families to foster healthy lifestyles. By hosting the Color Classic, Oaklawn hopes to promote fun and fitness and enjoyment of running or walking for all ages.

We are pleased that we are able to offer free entry into the 1-Mile Fun run for all students K- 5 who participate with our Youth Fitness Club program. Please check with your child’s gym teacher or school to see if they participate.

Racers will receive:

• Race T-shirt
• Sunglasses
• Neck Gaiter
• Pint Glass (Grand River Brewery + Color Run)
• Participation Medal
• Race Day Specials at Grand River Brewery (Must show race bib. Deals include first beer for $1, free slushies for minors in commemorative cup, 1/2 off appetizers)

Pre-Registration/Early Packet Pick-Up: Friday, June 10th from 5:00-7:00pm (Location: TBD)

Race Day Registration/Packet Pick-Up: 9:00am at Brooks Memorial Fountain 

5k Run and Walk: 10:00am

Mile Fun Run: 11:00am

Cost for general public: $25

Cost for kids (ages 6-18): $15 (1-Mile Fun Run free for Youth Fitness Club participants)

Cost for kids (ages 5 and under): Free! *strollers allowed*
