Land Fitness Class Descriptions
- Body Burn: Quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This training will elevate and keep your heart rate up. ***
- Cardio Drumming: Cardiovascular exercise that incorporates muscle conditioning to fun choreographed music that activates many muscles with high intensity drumming movements. **
- Cardio Tone: A great class that will combine cardio and strength training and give you the ultimate workout. **
- Circuit/Spinning: Combination of circuit training and Spinning. **
- HIIT High Intensity Interval Training: A variety of exercises including cardio, core, balance and strength. Alternating maximum effort with short rest periods to maximize strength and endurance. ***
- Pilates: Strength training that focuses on improving muscle tone to increase greater stability and endurance. **
- Senior Yoga: Traditional Yoga with stretching and flexibility and Restorative Yoga that focuses on relaxation. *
- Spin Class: Burn some serious calories and an awesome aerobic workout. Motivating music plays as your instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout. **
- Yoga: All levels welcomed! Concentration on flexibility and range of motion through Yoga movements and positions. *
- Yogalates: Full body toning class. Incorporating multiple styles. Including Pilates, yoga and strength training. **
- Zumba: Lose yourself in the music. Zumba feels like a dance party disguised as a workout-perfect for everyone, all fitness levels. Features high and low intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and strength. **
